Qigong: The Simplest Chinese Gongfu

Instructions


‧Knees bent. Feet and shoulders same distance.


‧Raise hands shoulder height. Arms drop and simultaneously swing backwards.


‧Just raise arms and drop four times. 1, 2, 3, 4..


‧The fifth time body dip/arms raise and drop. Let breath naturally change . Repeat. 10 - 30 minutes. Stop. Close eyes. Enjoy.


‧Try 3 times per day for 1 month.
